Delivery

  • Delivery by DHL Express

    CHASIN’ works with DHL for the delivery of packages. We do our best to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Basically this is within 2 to 6 working days, depending on the country of destination. Remember that orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next working day. If we cannot deliver your order on time, we will notify you as soon as possible.

  • What are the shipping costs?

    You can avoid paying shipping costs by having your order delivered to one of our CHASIN' stores. See the table below for other shipping costs.

  • Click & Collect

    You can have your package delivered free of charge to one of our Chasin’ stores. If this is the option of your choice, select this at step 2 in the checkout process: Delivery. You can enter a postcode or city here to find a Chasin’ store near you. You will receive a personal notification as soon as your order is ready for you at the store. Please note: of your order contains several items, delivery might occur partially.

    Items from your order may be delivered separately. This is because we can ship from several locations, which basically means you don´t have to wait until we have gathered your entire order. If you choose to have your order delivered to a Chasin’ store, you can check the status of your packages via Track&Trace. Still have questions?   • Partial delivery

    Items from your order may be delivered separately. This is because we can ship from several locations and means you do not need to wait until we have gathered your entire order.

  • Out of stock

    We always do our best to deliver all the items you have ordered. If an item is sold out, you will be notified as soon as possible. You will be refunded the full amount paid or you can opt to select a different item.
