How can I return my order?
At CHASIN' you have 30 days to return any unwanted items you have ordered. Items may only be returned undamaged and unworn.Within the Netherlands you can do this simple and free of charge by DHL Easy Return.
You will receive a returnreceipt from a DHL service point which you have to keep. This is your proof that you shipped your parcel back to us.
NOTICE: boxershorts can't be worn and only returned when remained sealed off.
For returning a product when living outside the Netherlands
Please notify our customer service that you want to return an item. You can do this by telephone (+31 (0)26 319 3457), or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Our customer services team will send you a returns label by email, which you can print, affix to your returns package and send back to us via your nearest post office. You will receive an email notification from us, as soon as we have received your package and processed your return.
Generally, the amount is deposited within 14 days once we are notified about your return. We have the right to wait with the returned payment untill we received the products or when you are able to prove all products are returned to us.
CHASIN’ reserves the right to return money through a different payment method. This will only happen when permission is granted through the customer, otherwise money will be returned through the same payment method. There are never extra costs attached.
When paid (partly) of your order with member card points, all points are distributed equally on your ordered products. Upon returning products, all points will be equally distributed on your member card aswell.
How can I exchange my item?
You can exchange your items for a different size if required. You can contact customer service.
The item has been damaged
Was the wrong item delivered or was the item damaged when you received it? Please contact customer services who will ensure that you can return the products free of charge.
