- How can I return my order? At CHASIN' you have 30 days to return any unwanted items you have ordered. Within the Netherlands you can do this simple and free of charge by DHL Easy Return. You will receive a returnreceipt from a DHL service point which you have to keep. This is your proof that you shipped your parcel back to us. For returning a product when living outside the Netherlands Please notify our customer service that you want to return an item. You can do this by telephone (+31 (0)26 319 3457), or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Our customer services team will send you a returns label by email, which you can print, affix to your returns package and send back to us via your nearest post office. You will receive an email notification from us, as soon as we have received your package and processed your return.
