- Delivery by DHL CHASIN’ works with DHL for delivering your order. DHL offers a parcel once to the shipping address of your choice. If you’re not there they will try to deliver the parcel to your neighbours or a DHL Service Point. Please check the Track & Trace code for the location of your parcel.

You can have your order delivered free of charge in one of our CHASIN’ shops. Just choose Click & Collect in the delivery step in the checkout. You will receive a personal message from the store when your order is available in this store.
- Partial Delivery
If you have an order shipped to the EU, it is possible that your order will be shipped in multiple packages. This is because we ship from multiple locations. If your order is shipped in more than one package, you will receive multiple Shipment confirmations with different Tracking numbers.
- Out of stock products
We do our best to make sure that all the ordered articles are sent to you. In the event of an Out of Stock product, we will send you a notification of this as soon as possible. We will refund the money for this article within 7 days.
