There are different ways to return your ordered items. The easiest and fastest way is to take your order to one of our stores.
Take your articles and your receipt to one of our stores and our staff are ready to help you further. In the shop they process your return and ensure that the item is returned to the paid account within a few working days.
Would you prefer to return the articles to us? Hand in your package at a DHL Service Point. Put the articles together with the completed return form in a package. Make sure that the package is properly closed. When an order is returned with a different shipping method, the return costs are for your own account.
You do not need to stick an address or label on the package. Tell the DHL Service Point that it is a package for CHASIN' and they make sure that the package is sent to us. There are no costs associated with returning at a DHL service point.
You will receive a proof of delivery at the DHL Service Point that you must keep well. This is your proof that you have submitted the return package.
Do you prefer to return your package by post? Which can. The costs are in this case for own account. In this case, use the postal address below.

You can also use the right of withdrawal within 30 days by sending us a statement that you want to cancel the purchase. This can be done using the model form for withdrawal, but that is not necessary.
In the event of a return, the amount will be refunded to the account you paid with as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after we have been informed of the cancellation. We may wait to pay back until we have received the products or until you have demonstrated that the products have been returned.
CHASIN 'has the right to refund an amount through another payment method. This only happens in the event that permission is given by the customer, otherwise it will be paid back via the same payment method. There will never be additional costs involved.
When you have paid (a part of) your order with membercard points, then the points are evenly distributed over your ordered items. When returning this, the points will also be proportionally put back on your membercard.
Have you received a wrong or damaged item? Then we kindly request you to report this to our customer service as quickly as possible. Do you have another complaint? Please report this as soon as possible to our customer service.
You can submit your complaint by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by telephone (+31 (0)26 3193457). Your complaint will be dealt with within 7 working days at the latest. We will send you a confirmation of this by e-mail.
