  • Returning an item

    Is the article you ordered not what you expect? No problem. You'll get the full amount you paid back. When you fully return your order you will also receive the return shipping costs, but only if you return in the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany via a DHL Service Point. When an order is returned with a different shipping method or outside the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany, the return costs are for your own account.

    In all cases you have at least 30 days after you or a third party designated by you have received the products. Our own return procedures via the CHASIN 'shops or DHL do not limit the legally prescribed procedure regarding return (right of withdrawal). How this procedure works can also be found on this page. Direct return / return is however easier and in most cases cheaper.

    Is the size or color not right? You can exchange the article without problems at CHASIN '. Take your article to a store in your area, our employees are ready to help you. Of course you can also return the package via a DHL Service Point. Pay attention: return costs outside the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are for your own account! Indicate on your return form which item you want to receive and we will send it to you as soon as possible.

  • Return options

    There are different ways to return your ordered items. The easiest and fastest way is to take your order to one of our stores.

    Take your articles and your receipt to one of our stores and our staff are ready to help you further. In the shop they process your return and ensure that the item is returned to the paid account within a few working days.

    If you received your order in multiple shipments, please make sure to return each item separately, just as they arrived to you. Some items are sent from different locations. This will help us process your return correctly and more efficiently.

  • Right of withdrawal

    You can also use the right of withdrawal within 30 days by sending us a statement that you want to cancel the purchase. This can be done using the model form for withdrawal, but that is not necessary.

  • Refunds

    In the event of a return, the amount will be refunded to the account you paid with as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after we have been informed of the cancellation. We may wait to pay back until we have received the products or until you have demonstrated that the products have been returned.

    CHASIN 'has the right to refund an amount through another payment method. This only happens in the event that permission is given by the customer, otherwise it will be paid back via the same payment method. There will never be additional costs involved.

    When you have paid (a part of) your order with membercard points, then the points are evenly distributed over your ordered items. When returning this, the points will also be proportionally put back on your membercard.

  • Complaints

    Have you received a wrong or damaged item? Then we kindly request you to report this to our customer service as quickly as possible. Do you have another complaint? Please report this as soon as possible to our customer service.

    You can submit your complaint by e-mail (info@chasin.com) or by telephone (+31 (0)85-0220670). Your complaint will be dealt with within 7 working days at the latest. We will send you a confirmation of this by e-mail.
